The Canada Goju Karate Oromocto Dojo was founded by Sensei Pete MacLennan, Yondan (4th degree black belt) in Sep 1997. The Oromocto Dojo is located in the town of Oromocto, NB which is part of the military community of CFB Gagetown. The current Head Instructor is Sensei Charlotte McInnis, Shodan (1st degree black belt).

As an affiliate Dojo with the Canada Goju Karate Association (est. 1965), we teach a proven martial arts curriculum for adults and children. Respect for others is only one facet of how karate training can build positive life habits. Students can improve physical fitness, increase mental focus and strengthen self-confidence while learning valuable self-defense skills. The Dojo holds children and adult classes which are held at the Oromocto Elementary School two times a week.

Anyone who is interested in training may come out to try a class anytime.
